Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use

Preamble

Lemmilink.fr is a platform dedicated to the sale and purchase of advertising links and sponsored articles, operated by SC Society, a simplified joint-stock company (single-member company) with a share capital of fifty (50) euros, registered office: 60 rue François 1er 75008 Paris, registered under number 942 198 516 R.C.S. Paris.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (T&Cs) govern the use of the Lemmilink.fr platform and define the rights and obligations of users (advertisers, publishers, agencies and others) as well as SC Society.

Article 1: Definitions

  • Platform: The Lemmilink.fr website and all its associated services.
  • Publisher: Any natural or legal person offering advertising space on websites via the platform.
  • Advertiser: Any natural or legal person purchasing links or sponsored articles via the platform.
  • User: Any natural or legal person using the platform, whether they are a publisher, advertiser or visitor.
  • Link: Advertising hyperlink integrated into an article or web page.

Article 2: Purpose

The purpose of these T&Cs is to define the terms and conditions of use of the Lemmilink.fr platform as well as the rights and obligations of users and SC Society.

Article 3: Acceptance of T&Cs

The use of the platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs. By creating an account or using the services of Lemmilink.fr, the user acknowledges having read these conditions and accepts them without reservation.

Article 4: Registration and User Account

To access the platform's services, the user must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and undertakes not to share them with third parties.

SC Society reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of non-compliance with these T&Cs.

Article 5: Services Offered

Lemmilink.fr offers the following services:

  • Connecting publishers and advertisers for the sale and purchase of advertising links and sponsored articles.
  • Management and tracking tools for advertising campaigns.
  • Customer support to assist users in using the platform.

Article 6: Pricing and Payment

The prices for services offered on Lemmilink.fr are set by publishers for their respective offers. Prices displayed are in euros (€) and include all taxes.

The commission rates applied by Lemmilink.fr are as follows:

  • Withdrawal commission: 15%
  • Deposit commission: 5%

Payment is made via the payment methods accepted on the platform (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). Once payment is validated, the advertiser receives an order confirmation.

Article 7: Publisher Obligations

Publishers undertake to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their sites and advertising offers.
  • Respect the publication deadlines for ordered links and articles.
  • Not offer illegal, defamatory, or content contrary to public morality.
  • Keep advertising links active for the agreed period.

Article 8: Advertiser Obligations

Advertisers undertake to:

  • Provide content and links that comply with current laws and respect public morality.
  • Respect the guidelines provided by publishers regarding the format and content of sponsored articles.
  • Pay the amounts due within the specified time limits.

Article 9: Intellectual Property

All content present on the Lemmilink.fr platform (texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, icons and sounds) is the exclusive property of SC Society or its partners and is protected by laws relating to intellectual property.

Any reproduction, distribution or unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.

Article 10: Personal Data and Confidentiality

SC Society undertakes to respect the confidentiality of users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Article 11: Liability

SC Society cannot be held responsible for:

  • Content published by publishers and advertisers.
  • Disputes between publishers and advertisers.
  • Service interruptions due to force majeure or technical maintenance.

SC Society's liability is limited to the amount of transactions made via the platform.

Article 12: Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose performance has begun after the express prior agreement of the consumer.

Article 13: Termination and Suspension

SC Society reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account in the event of non-compliance with these T&Cs, without notice or compensation.

Article 14: Modification of T&Cs

SC Society reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Users will be informed of any significant modification via email or notification on the platform.

Article 15: Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

If one or more stipulations of these T&Cs are held to be invalid or declared as such pursuant to a law, regulation or following a final decision by a competent court, the other stipulations will retain their full force and scope.

By using the Lemmilink.fr platform, the user acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use.

LemmiLink.fr and SC Society are in no way affiliated with, associated with, sponsored by or approved by Google LLC, Alphabet Inc., or any other company in the Google group.

LemmiLink.fr and SC Society are in no way affiliated with, associated with, sponsored by or approved by South Pa***, Comedy Central, Viacom, Paramount Global, or any entity associated with this entertainment franchise.

All trademarks, logos and product names mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners. The use of these trademarks, logos or product names does not in any way constitute an affiliation or endorsement on our part.
